The company is a privately held firm which is engaged in the export and distribution of vegetables and fruits. It was incorporated in November of 1996 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Benejuzar, Spain. The company markets the following vegetables: fruiting and flowering vegetables, such as sweet corn, sweet pepper, pattypan squash, eggplant, squash, tomato, and zucchini; and leafy and salad vegetables, such as Brussels sprout, chicory, lettuce, cucumber, celery, broccoli, mustard, pea, spinach, and sorrel. In addition, the company sell the following fruits: temperate fruits, such as apple, apricot, pear, cheery, blacberry, peach, strawberry, honeysuckle, and grapes; and mediterranean and subtropical fruits, such as lemon, clementine, orange, date palm, avocado, guava, lychee, and limes.
